A2: Keeping in mind the position you are interviewing for, explain what you are interested in and how this position is a natural fit for reaching your ultimate goals.
Q3: Tell me about a conflict you have had with a preceptor or doctor and how you handled it.
A3: As mentioned above, it is best to stay away from talking ill of your colleagues, co-workers, supervisors, etc. In this case, it is best to discuss a time you didn’t see eye to eye with a preceptor or doctor and how you got through it, emphasizing that it was less of a conflict than a difference of professional opinions.
Q4: What is a major issue facing pharmacy today?
A4: As a pharmacist, it is important to remain up to date on industry happenings. Stay connected within the pharmacy community, attend seminars and association meetings and read industry related magazines and articles. By doing this, you will have no problem answering this question.
Q5: What was your least favorite rotation and why?
A5: Be careful not to pick one that is the same or similar to the position for which you are interviewing.
