It is not a good idea to talk about days off before even getting a job offer. It will make an impression that you like days off better than working.
Again, you are putting the cart before the horse. This question is absolutely appropriate once a job offer has been received.

Q4: Does your organization provide CE events for their pharmacists? Q5: What is your timeline for filling this position?
